Centre was set up in 1997
with the funding from the
Innovation and Technology
Fund of the Hong Kong SAR
Government to enhance the
capabilities and competitiveness
of local small and medium
enterprises. Since establishment,
the Centre has devoted to
offer one-stop business solution
services to SMEs ranging from
consultancy services, training
to business networking.
Apart from organizing seminars
and workshops, the Centre
will launch three major
schemes. They are ：Seminar
and Advisory Services with
the Renmin University of
China・, ：Enterprise Performance
Alert Program； and ：Finance
Net；.
